our COVID safe policy and procedures
We’re Open
From October 11th 2021 we are delighted that our studio will re-open to clients for individual headshots and portraits, in line with directive from the NSW government the following restrictions and conditions will apply.
Only customers who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be allowed to attend. Proof of vaccination will need to be shown. Details of how this can be certified can be found here.
Customers will need to check in via the QR code which is displayed on entry to the premises.
If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of COVID we request that you re-schedule your appointment, even if you have been vaccinated or have had a negative test.
Customers will be required to wear a mask on entry and exit of the building but will not be required to wear them during the shoot itself.
With the 4 square metre ruling a maximum of 2 clients may enter at any one time.
Bookings are strictly by appointment only, no walk-in customers.
As restrictions change we will update our policy.
Our Commitment To You
Tony and Truc have both been fully vaccinated as have the children that live on the studio premises.
Your photographer will wear a face mask at all times during your photo session (and will most likely complain lot about his glasses steaming up!)
The studio and all equipment will be cleaned and sanitised between each visit including the iPad which clients get to hold when reviewing and selecting their images.
Bottled water will be available.
Additional time will be allowed between clients to allow for the sanitisation process.
The photo studio is generally a very safe place to be, there are very few moving parts, no through traffic of people and minimal contact between photographer and client. We’ll work hard to resist the temptation to straighten ties, remove lint and fix rebellious hair during these times… we’ll just ask you to do it. We do remain committed to creating the very best images for you and will work within any restrictions to ensure that this happens, however, the health and safety of all of us is the most important thing here and we look forward to working together to deliver great images in the safest way possible.
Thank you.
